We cannot pay estimated bills. How can I ensure we get billed with actual usage each month?
Because meter readings are performed by your utility, we cannot guarantee you will be billed with actual readings each month. To make special arrangements for actual readings each month, you would need to contact your utility. You can see whether or not you have received an estimated meter read by selecting your account from the My Account List page and reviewing the Bill Type on the Billing tab.

Any refund would then be approved by headquarters and payment is generally issued in approximately two weeks. If you feel you are owed a refund, please submit your request through the "Ask Us" feature available via the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page.
