How does the "Forgot Password" function work?: If you have forgotten your password, you can use this page to request that it be sent to you. You will be asked to enter your User Id and you will also be asked to re-type an arbitrary series of letters, numbers, and symbols. This second step is a security procedure which helps insure that the wrong person does not gain access to your account and your information. After you have completed both steps, you will then be asked to answer the Secret Question which you selected during initial registration. Assuming that you provide the correct answer, a new temporary password will be emailed to the email address which we have on file for you. You will be asked to change your password as soon as you successfully logon with this temporary password.
How long will it take to have my new Password sent to me?: The email will be generated immediately and sent to you. Of course, given the nature of the internet and email delivery, the time that it takes to arrive in your mailbox may vary.
Why isn't my Secret Answer working?: The answer that you provide must match exactly to the one you entered initially. If you used the word "The" originally to preface your answer, you must do so here. If you used a capital letter, you must capitalize it here the same. Etc.
