How does the "Forgot User Id" function work?: If you have forgotten the User Id which you originally registered on the site, you can use this page to request that it be sent to you. You will be asked to enter the email address which you supplied during initial registration and you will also be asked to re-type an arbitrary series of letters, numbers, and symbols. This second step is a security procedure which helps insure that the wrong person does not gain access to your account and your information. After you have completed both steps, your User Id will be sent to the same email address you entered in step one.
How long will it take to have my User Id sent to me?: The email will be generated immediately and sent to you. Of course, given the nature of the internet and email delivery, the time that it takes to arrive in your mailbox may vary.; Top
