Why do I need to Login (Register) to this website?

The site contains energy information relative to your Company or residence. As such, this information is confidential. To view this information, you will need to provide information so that we may better serve you as a customer. This information such as email address will allow us to communicate with you whenever we have information that you need to know.

How do I request a User Id and Password?

If you are a first time user of this site, you will first need to register a new User Id and password. Click on the "Register Now!" link on the Login page to register.

Having trouble logging in?

If you are a first time user of this site, you will first need to register a new User Id and password. Click on the "Register Now!" link on the Login page to register. If you are not a first time user, but you have forgotten your User Id or Password, you can use the "Forgot your User Id?" or "Forgot your Password?" links on the Login page.

What if I forgot my User Id?

Click on the "Forgot your User Id?" link on the Login page to request it now. After you complete a few simple questions, your User Id will be emailed to the account that you provided during your initial registration.

What if I forgot my Password?

Click on the "Forgot your Password?" link on the Login page to request it now. After you complete a few simple questions, a new password will be emailed to the account that you provided during your initial registration. You will be asked to change your password as soon as you successfully logon with this temporary password.

Instructions for the first time user:

If you are trying to log on for the first time there are a few things you will need to know: First, you will be required to register a new User Id and Password to gain access to the website. User ID - This field provides you with a unique ID that only you have to enter this website. The field consists of between 7 and 15 characters. Password - The password you create should not be shared with anyone. This is your unique identifier. Password must be at least 7 characters long and contain at least one number.

Link Account

Linking gives you the convenience of accessing multiple accounts from a single User Id. You should have received information as to the bill account number and PIN which grants you access to your account information. You will need this information in order to view your account information on-line.

Share Account

This feature allows you to grant access to an account that you own. To view the accounts you own, please click on My Account List and look at Share Status column.

 

Accounts with no icon indicate that you are the account owner and have not shared the account to others.

Accounts you own that have the icon to the left indicate that the account is shared by you to others.

Accounts shared to you will have the icon listed to the left.

 

The Share Account feature does not allow you to request access to an account for which you do not own. In order to request access, you will need to directly contact the account owner. You will need to provide them with your User ID and the account number you want access to. Upon approval, they will share the account with you by clicking on the share button next to the account number on their screen and enter your User ID to grant you access.
